    Number of lines is equal to number of available simultaneous online calls. For example, you need 2 lines to let 2 website visitors call you at the same time. If website visitor tries to call you when all lines are busy he will get a "Busy" message.
  • Multiple call buttons

    Every widget can forward calls to different phone numbers. For example, one widget can forward calls to customer service, while another one can forward calls to sales department. Widget can be placed on any webpage.
  • Call to multiple numbers

    Online call can be forwarded to multiple numbers simultaneously. Website visitor will be connected with the operator who answered first.
  • Customizable design

    Call button look and feel can be customized in Zingaya control panel.

    Customization of look and feel of the application opened in popup window.
  • Day/hour control

    This feature allows you to choose the times of day that web calls will be forwarded to your phone (for each day of the week). Customers who call you outside of these hours can leave you a voicemail message.

    All calls while non-working hours will be forwarded to voicemail. Recorded messages can be checked online in Zingaya control panel.
  • Call recording

    Record and listen to the conversations between your employees and your customers to evaluate the quality of your customer service, or to better learn what common questions your customers are having. Call records are stored for 30 days.
  • Country control

    Visitors only from selected countries will be able to call you online. For example, you can allow calls only from US and Canada.
  • Call encryption

    All data transferred while online call between customer and Zingaya servers will be encrypted with AES algorithm.
  • SIP support

    SIP support lets forward online calls via Internet directly to IP PBX or IP Call Center. It also enables additional capabilities, like CRM integration and video calling.
