Number of lines is equal to number of available simultaneous online calls. For example, you need 2 lines to let 2 website visitors call you at the same time. If website visitor tries to call you when all lines are busy he will get a "Busy" message.

The number of widgets
Each widget can forward calls to different phone numbers. For example, one widget can forward calls to customer service repsentatives, while another one can forward calls to the sales department. Your Zingaya widget(s) can be placed anywhere on your webpage.
Number of domains
The “number of domains” refers to the number of different websites allowed for placing the widget. The number of webpages where the widget can be placed within those domains is unlimited.
Support calls from iOS
If your website visitor tries to make a call via Zingaya from their iOS mobile device without the free Zingaya app installed, they will be forwarded to the Apple AppStore to download and install the app. If the app is already installed, it will be launched and will make a call after the website visitor clicks the Zingaya button in their mobile browser.
This feature allows you to choose the times of day that web calls will be forwarded to your phone (for each day of the week). Customers who call you outside of these hours can leave you a voicemail message.
All calls while non-working hours will be forwarded to voicemail. Recorded messages can be checked online in Zingaya control panel.
Keyboard extension dialing numbers
The keypad allows callers to enter the extension number of a particular employee or a required IVR menu option.
You can specify your mobile phone number in Zingaya Control Panel to receive important notifications (expiring trial, end of prepaid period, etc.) in SMS messages.
Call to multiple numbers
Online call can be forwarded to multiple numbers simultaneously. Website visitor will be connected with the operator who answered first.
Record and listen to the conversations between your employees and your customers to evaluate the quality of your customer service, or to better learn what common questions your customers are having. Call records are stored for 30 days.

Call statistics are available in Zingaya’s control panel. There, the statistics can be downloaded into Excel format. There's no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. You can upgrade from your trial to a paid account in the Billing Info area of your Control Panel once you determine there's a fit.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?

Can I change plans or cancel my account later?
Of course. You can upgrade, or downgrade your account at any time through your Control Panel. Everything is month-to-month. No contracts. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to cancel your account.
What if I go over my plan limits?
If you go over the minutes included in your plan while on a monthly paid plan, you will be charged for overage fees on a per minute basis. Our billing will withdraw $10 from your card in advance. All unused money will be used for next monthly charge. You can upgrade to a higher plan and you will be charged for that plan starting with the next billing cycle.
